And once again Gameloft prove that the only thing they care is about make the payment system work, all the rest can be buggy as is. So, in this topic, I will show all the problems I've faced in a few hours playing the update 5 of Modern Combat Versus (or should I say BLAZE/TURRET Combat Versus?)
Null MatchMaking
As you will be able to see in the image below, the game seems to query groups and solo players on the same thing, just to fill 8 people.. THIS IS WRONG!! 4 people playing together (on Discord, probably) will have at least 60% more chance to win than 4 random people, or in this case, 2 random people and 2 dumb bots.. Query groups with other groups, query solo players with other solo players, this will get matchmaking much better than 'Let's try to find 8 people and if we can't we just fill out with bots, nobody will ever notice it's unbalanced lol'.
Bots got literally DUMB AS F***
Still picking the info from the image above, you can see that I left red notes on each bot about what they were doing on this match and dude.. HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY MAKE BOTS MORE **** FROM AN UPDATE TO ANOTHER?! It's impossible to believe.. Bots are harmless to any player, they almost don't shoot, they stand still and just wait their deaths.. For real, can't you change back their A.I. to what it was on the previous update? It was way better than this for sure.. post-scriptum: make bots less 'suicidal' than they usually are and add on the player vs bot an option to choose the difficulty level from the match.
And once again.. LIMITATIONS
I think that for a game like Modern Combat Versus, there should be no limits to your efforts and rewards as well, the more you play, the more you earn, just like that, you even added the mastery whici is like that but then you cap the credits to 80 per day.. Dudes, WHAT'S THE POINT ON CHANGING THE WHOLE GAME THEN?! Nobody wants to be limited in any way here, this is what many people were hoping you would cut off from the game, so DO IT! Let us PLAY!!
Absurd Prices on Micro-Transactions (Brazil)
I know that by the game being free to play you must set some prices a bit higher than the prices from a game which was sold and then extra content can be bought (loot crates, DLCs and such).. But DAMN GAMELOFT almost R$200 for a skin (in Brazil) are you SERIOUS?! People here have a minimum wage of R$939 and you want us to pay almost R$200 for a SKIN?! Don't you have anyone to help with some market accurate conversions? Please, lower these prices if you ever want to gain more from Brazil..
HIGH PING
As from the very beggining of this game, ping is a big issue some people have to face here, for a competitive game, you must have the minimal possible delay between your actions and their results, and for south america (and probably other places) you have to play with 200ms.. Dudes, is that hard to have another server around here (SA)? We just want a better ping, that's all..
And the Last One: HACKERS
And something I hope you are aware, but if you're not, that's my advice: A player named Maria (I don't know the ID) is using damage and speed hack with Blaze about a week now, and even after reporting, nothing seems to happen, she's still there.. Hacking.. As well as other players using aimbots and such.. Make the game more secure into that aspect, create a vote kick system, if there's any hackers in the match we can kick it and a bot will take his place to the end of the match.
Some Minor Problems:
Post Scriptum Bots- There are collisions not working on the Rooftop, as wel as ghost objects floating into some points of the scenario. (Low Res Map)
- The 'STATION' outdoor on the Slums seems to be floating in the middle of nothing, shouldn't it be hidden? (Low Res Map)
- BLAZE reload is getting on an infinite loop sometimes.
- Some people is reporting MI-NU bieng too fast when using the Speed Link on a match with Bots.
- Kult get locked when using the Poison Trap, and can't shoot or use another Poison Trap.
- When update is done you must restart the game in order to invite people to your group.
- There are some corners on some stages where the character seems to raise from the ground, as if they fell into the ground and climbed back, can happen in any stage, just need to run into some corners.
